A label condenses information and evokes the essence of the product: its nature, the vision of those who produce it, its position on the market, its history, the territory and the climate.
The books, Il Borro and Its Seasons and Il Fungarino, a Choice of Life, published by Edifir Firenze, represent two examples of portraits of landscapes through the physical and emotional characteristics of a place.
